Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During new collection launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping — $3.99

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Available for all domestic U.S. orders.

Express Shipping — $6.99

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after shipment.

  • Available for domestic U.S. orders.

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, ZYRO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ZYRO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us for assistance.
